Henry Fernandez

Henry Fernandez respondió al llamado de Dios en su vida en 1985 cuando se mudó de Brooklyn, Nueva York, a Fort Lauderdale, Florida. In 1991, Fernandez, junto con su esposa, Carol, fundaron Plantation Worship Center en la cafetería de una escuela local de primaria en el sur de Florida solamente con once miembros. Ahora conocida como The Faith Center Ministries, la iglesia tiene su sede en el anterior teatro Sunrise, donde más de ocho mil miembros aceptan la visión de “Alcanzar al mundo para Jesús”. In 1991, Fernandez, along with his wife, Carol, founded the Plantation Worship Center in the cafeteria of a local elementary school in south Florida with only eleven members. Now known as The Faith Center Ministries, the church makes its home in the former Sunrise Theater, where more than eight thousand members embrace the mission of “Reaching the World for Jesus.” Henry also founded the University of Fort Lauderdale, a nondenominational Christian institute established to advance Christian education and promote leadership in Christian and secular arenas alike. Henry and Carol are the parents of two young sons, Seion-Zane and Elijah-Zane.
